Love is all around us and we can feel its sweet aroma and fragrance all over the atmosphere. Today 14th February, 2012 is this year Valentine day.
Whether you like it or not we can see the celebrations going on and this day has carried a unique importance for sharing love with their beloved ones. Hearts and cupids in different sizes in varying types especially in red and pink color seem to pop up all around the streets, shops and malls.


This is the most romantic, chocolaty day where people who fell in love express their love feelings emotions and sentiments and obviously celebrate the lovable events in this day and will also remember the joyful moments that they spent together or are going to spend in the future.At,this day couples share love by giving gifts, greetings, flowers to the one we love.

But even if you cannot give the gifts or you are missing him or her so much do not be upset because your love for him or her is the most precious gift and even the expensive gifts seem minor in front of it.

Pregnancy and the role of male partner????

The moment when the child comes out is very joyful to the mother but they have to face several complications while going through this stage.
Especially the females who are pregnant knows how much pain and what sorts of changing circumstances they have to face when they were pregnant.


At this time period most of us all know that she doesn’t have to do stressful works and also she should take proper bed rest and along with that she should take light exercises.

Now in the period of pregnancy if there is more involvement of his life partner who encourages her by providing full support then they she may get relieved from these mental stresses.
During this time the male partner should help her and he should do all the heavy sorts of works, make nutritious food containing the required calories for his wife/female partner.
A female knows that during these labor pain time she have to keep patience but her husband should d take proper care of her, give enough love to her and always should act rationally. Not only that he has to give proper advice to her and he should strictly tell her what she should do and shouldn’t.I mean he should physically and emotionally support her so doesn’t feel lonely and monotonous.

For instance smoking and taking alcoholic beverages are harmful for mothers as well as the health of the baby. So,the male partner should restrict her in doing such things.

Additionally, the duty of the male partner is to take his wife or female partner to the hospital or health posts regularly .Doing, this will give her the expression that everyone is supporting her and everyone loves her so may get rid from all sorts of tensions.

One of the top 10 tennis "Star Player"and a former world no 1.Allof us know about her profession.She is is from Russia and one of my favourite tennis player and also yours.

She is a versatile girl who not only has the sports spirit but she also posess almost all of the good qualites.
She has inspired all of us a lot and by looking her level of selfconfidence,enthusiasm and ambitiousness we can also adapt these qualities and use in our life.

She always aspires and motivates other that they should never be frustrated rather they should work hard and be happy.Maria in her own words says,"Its healthier to laugh than to cry...from the MRI center last night" on September 30, 2011 and the photo below shows that she is not frustrated rather being optimistic that shey can still lead.

One of my professor used to say that life is short but that doesn't mean you cannot do anything in these very small time period.
We always have to remember that the result of the good deeds are always good and the laborious plus smart working will help us to reach at the apex.

And from her life we can learn this.She not only plays tennis as her profession but also in her off time she is busy inolving i collecting the charities also giving sorts of donations to the children.She spents her time with the childrens shares her precious time with these "Kids" and also that makes her self satisfied as well as her small effort could bring the greatest change in these kids life.
And what i would like to say is she is a perfect angel not only because she has gorgeous, charming face and a sexy look and well known public figure but in the sense that she is gentle, kind,helpful,diligent,audacious,children and old-age parents lover ,environment lover.She enjoys spending her time watching the animals ,penguins ,birds flying in the sky,etc.

And let us pray that the Gods good grace and the blessings of all remains with her so that she never have to be sad in her life.

She has also proved and shown to the whole world that females are also equally capable and they can involve in other works too.
Apart from that she is a model and in her leisure time does modelling.

I sometimes becomes perplexed how see manages her time??
But know what i have learnt is that if you have willpower and strong self interest then you can do anyting.

Fashion and teenagers!!!

Fashion is a popular way of behaving which includes a popular style of clothes, hair, etc, at a particular period of time.Fashion began from the early stone age and lots of upheaval have occurred till now.In the early age people used to be half naked and wear dresses made from animal skins, leaves etc. and carry different weapons like bows arrows, spear heads which resembles that they are following the fashionable trends present at that time. I was highly influenced by what French designer Coco Chanel once said , “Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.”Fashion and our lives is interlaced with one another and it is reflected by our contemporary life activities.

The teenagers are mostly attracted to the western fashion culture and they are triggered by the exotic western dresses like beautiful clothings etc. Students want to create the unique image and for them fashion is like a way to express their inner self and by having the latest clothings they want to look cool.Many of them think fashion helps them create an aural psychic influence and it pervades and highlights their presence in the surroundings.

Teens are mostly influenced by the latest trends ,colourful designs outfits. and there wardrobe is full of different brands which like Giorgio Armani, Dior,Levis,Gucci,Louis Vutton, Denim .Both boys and girls awesomely like to wear casual dress and formal style will be used only in the serious environments like when having a ceremony or performing business meetings, official talks and seminars.




Teenagers are mostly inspired and influenced by their celebrities, models and fashion media and the college boys and girls are also trying to lionize themselves.

Their fashion icons are their all time favourites artists which teaches them how to innovate ,develop and create new stylish things and from them they also learnt that how to look the worlds from the new perspective.One of the teenager said that the role models provide encouragement to them for doing the right things in a friendly way.


Teenagers liked to wear the dashing clothes and they think vibrant colour clothes makes them attractive and almost everyone will notice them.Both for boys and girls they follow different kind of dresss codes. During the survey the college girls said that for night parties they wear coloured black superb,gold ,copper brown outfits.One of the female said that vibrant colours add more sparkling effect in the late evenings and these outfits are good choice for the evenings.Nowadays girls are mostly interested to wear tight fitting tops and trousers.

Girls are more attracted in fashion in visa-visa to boys ;they want to look charming and they were always trying to be ‘angelic’ .Both boys and girls by choosing vibrant colours like red,blue ,pink, purple try to look appealing.Many college girls said that fashion is all about the best and hiding the flaws.
